
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a general term for a variety of conscious breathing techniques. These techniques are used to support physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being.
There's various breathing practices to support the body's nervous system to rest and relax and also practices that help to support emotional release and tension.
Breathwork uses intentional breathing techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety, release stuck emotions or trauma that is held within the body, increase energy and clarity and deepen self awareness or spiritual connection.
When we practice activation breathwork, we do this by controlling and quickening the breath to tap into the subconscious mind.
This supports the natural inner healing process and helps release stagnant energy to make room for what is ready to come forward. It’s a powerful approach to self-exploration and personal empowerment.
With the power of your breath and the music playing, it helps you to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness to increase self awareness.
Practicing breathing slower and deeper with more meditative music playing can help to support the nervous system in a more restful and relaxing way.
Both breathing practices have immense healing benefits.

Breathing Sessions
When scheduling a breathwork session, you can decide how activating you want it to be. If you're looking to book a session where you want to go deep and release big emotions, that's an option. Or if you're feeling the need to have a more restful, nourishing session, that is available as well.
You're healing journey is up to you. A breathwork session is a wonderful way to tap into your subconscious mind, knowing you can come back to yourself whenever you need to.
Group & 1:1 Sessions
Group sessions can be a beautiful way to experience healing with another person. This can be a great option for couples, partners, friends or family members wanting to explore a deeper connection together.
Having a 1:1 session is also a beautiful way to explore your own inner workings and self healing. Let me know in the booking request if you prefer to do a session with another person or group or if you prefer a solo session.
